Palliative Nursing Care Services

Living with a terminal disease is never easy, but you can rely on our expert nurses at Divine Health Services to help you make the most of every second. Giving you peace of mind at this difficult time is our only goal, which is why our nurses are on hand 24 hours a day.

If you have an illness that can’t be cured, palliative care makes you as comfortable as possible, by managing your pain and other distressing symptoms. It also involves psychological, social and spiritual support for you and your family or carers. This is called a holistic approach, because it deals with you as a "whole" person. Palliative care isn’t just for the end of life. You may receive palliative care earlier in your illness while you are still receiving other therapies to treat your condition.

You may find that your condition is manageable and you have plenty of energy to spend time with your loved ones. However, if the situation changes, we work tirelessly to reduce any suffering and make you as comfortable as possible.

By being on hand to administer any pain medication or simply helping to prepare your dinner when it all gets too much, we give you the time to focus on what really matters.






24 hour Telephone Service

Our 24 hour Telephone service means that we are just but a call away 24 hours 7 days a week. If you need to get in touch with us in regards to your care or the care of a loved, this service is open so that you are never short of any support when needed.

Dedicated Team of Staff

We are here to provide the needed skilled care, assistance in activities of daily living and support with other critical and basic needs. Our agency is staffed with trained and qualified carers, and nurses, who will cater to the special needs of our service users. They possess the necessary skills and certifications required by the CQC and updated regularly as mandated by law.

On-going Training Courses

Our staff continually undergo training so that they are upto date with their mandatory training as well as promoting continuing professional development.
