Our Care at Home service offers nursing care, social care and support provided by experienced Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. We are confident in offering a high quality service, tailored to your individual needs.

A detailed initial conversation with a Healthcare Specialist

We can provide you and your family with up-to- date information and advice based on our experience of delivering care packages across the UK, including geographical coverage and the relevant costs.

No obligation care assessment

A member of our team will visit you and carry out a full assessment of your care needs. This will give us an opportunity to get to know you and understand any personal preferences that you may have, in addition  to what support you will require.

In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your care requirements and ensure that all aspects of your care are arranged, we can liaise with your family and any involved medical professionals. All of our clinical care packages are  managed by a Nurse with expertise specific to your care needs. The Nurse will ensure that your care service is regularly reviewed and managed effectively. If you have any concerns you are able to contact the Nurse to discuss these further.

Working as part of a team

We work with your care team ensuring your doctors and specialist's advice is used to help us to give you the best possible care. We then aim to match your demand to our supply of professional carers and nurses, carefully selecting the most appropriate personnel for you from our database of staff. Your chosen carer tends to you and monitors your health,

adapting your home care services to any changing requirements. We also offer reassuring professional support to family

24 hour Telephone Service

Our 24 hour Telephone service means that we are just but a call away 24 hours 7 days a week. If you need to get in touch with us in regards to your care or the care of a loved, this service is open so that you are never short of any support when needed.

Dedicated Team of Staff

We are here to provide the needed skilled care, assistance in activities of daily living and support with other critical and basic needs. Our agency is staffed with trained and qualified carers, and nurses, who will cater to the special needs of our service users. They possess the necessary skills and certifications required by the CQC and updated regularly as mandated by law.

On-going Training Courses

Our staff continually undergo training so that they are upto date with their mandatory training as well as promoting continuing professional development.
